8 oz soft Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cups deli corned beef, sliced
1 1/2 Cups swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup Sauerkrout, Drained
1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley, Optional
Heat oven to 425 degrees and spray your baking dish. Mix all ingredients except 3/4 of the cheese. Spread mixture in dish – top with cheese. Bake 15-20, or until bubbling and brown. Top with Parsley, serve hot. Double the recipe for a crowd!
