2-3 sliced ripe bananas
Fat-Free, Sugar-Free instant pudding mix – Vanilla
Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
2 T Peanut Powder
Vanilla Honey Graham Cookies (I chose a gluten-free brand, Enjoy Life, but if you have no dietary needs, regular Nilla Wafers or Nutter Butter cookies are a great option)
Fat-Free or Light Cool Whip
Begin by slicing your bananas and taking a handful of cookies and crumbling them in a bag to top your trifle.
Then, mix your instant pudding according to directions on the packaging. Once it is mixed entirely, add your peanut powder, and mix it thoroughly.
To layer your trifle:
Layer the bottom of your glasses with cookies, follow the cookies with a thin layer of your sliced bananas, then cover the sliced bananas with pudding, then a layer of Cool Whip. Repeat these layers until your glass is full, then top with your crushed cookies. I then place the trifles in the fridge until ready to serve. The taste of peanut butter gives everyone a pleasant and sweet surprise!
